We always customize the Curio machines to meet different needs of each customer. While one customer primarily processes haddock another customer can focus on tusk, atlantic wolffish, salmon or trout, therefore requiring totally different processing solutions.

To maintain a full focus Curio collaborates with numerous leading brands and companies, both locally and worldwide. Our successful collaboration with Icelandic companies Ísfiskur and Toppfiskur has revolved around technical innovations and new technological development.

We have furthermore worked with Marel on numerous projects, since our enterprises have a strong relation to their processing operations in general. Marel employees weigh and categorize the fish, we head it and skin it, and they finish the job with the Marel cutting machines.
