Curio’s Filleting Platform at Conxemar Exhibition 2021

The Conxemar Exhibition 2021 will take place in Vigo, Spain, 5-7 October. We will be there along with our partner Marel, welcoming everyone to discuss the future in fish processing and will be displaying our Curio Filleting Platform (C-2011) for whitefish as part of Curio‘s and Marel‘s efforts to create new ways for fish processors to optimize their production. The C-2011 is a dynamic system available in six different versions that efficiently fillets a wide variety of fish species allowing unparalleled level of flexibility. 

We know that the need for making fish processing lines more intelligent and dynamic is now higher than ever and we, along with Marel‘s specialists, will be there at booth A6 discussing how automation, robotics and data management can help processing lines become more adaptable, efficient and profitable.
